Im a lacto ovo vegetarian for health reasons, but every now and then I eat chicken, fish, or bacon. I have a hard time tolerating red meat so I VERY rarely eat it.0 -

Boneless skinless chicken, baked in oven with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, sprinkled with hot sauce.
Cali style frozen veggies and a serving of brown rice.

Turkey meatballs (Farm Rich; 150 cal for 5!) in chili sauce/raspberry jelly sauce on a 100-cal English Muffin with a bit of part-skim mozzarella. Very different for me and totally delish!0

Im having fiesta lime chicken with jalapeno pinto beans.
Wash, peel and slice thin. Spray tinfoil with pan spray, lay slices on tinfoil. Spray with i can't believe it's not butter spray. Sprinkle with salt and a lil white pepper. Bake at 7-10 minutes at 450 then flip and bake 6 more minutes. Watch close because they can burn.0 -
