Help, no weight loss

I've been on MFP doing this diet for 3 week's now. The first 2 weeks I lost a total of 5lbs. I weighed in yesterday (end of week 3) and I hadn't even lost an ounce! During week three I started exercising every other day too so I'm frustrated. I went back threw my journal to see what was different between the weeks I lost and week 3...well in week three I ate sweets everyday, whether it be cookies or cake while the first two weeks I ate a sweet only once a week. Also I noticed that I had starches/bread everyday in week 3 where as the first two I had starches/bread once a week. I'm thinking that the sweets and starches is what stopped me from losing weight in week 3. What do you guys think?

Any opinions? Helpful hints?
