Wall squats and Lunges suck.

Not a question, just a statement. They suck. Sucksucksuck suckity sucksuck.

But gosh darnit they're good for you. And if you can't do a wall squat or a chinese squat, never ever pick up a kettlebell.

I'm going to go ice my hammies now. Ow.

    :laugh: You don't know how much I agree with you! My instructor at Arobic Kickboxing class makes us do lunges with weights and wall squats which I hate but you are so right they are darn good for you!:laugh:

    I've actually been doing these things they call (not-PC warning) Chinese Squats. Basically you face towards a wall, with your toes touching the wall. Then you lower yourself as low as you can before either a) your nose smashes into the wall or b) you fall backwards. They're awesome for teaching you form but after 10-20 of them you're so darn sore. Throw in normal wall squats and eish. :sick:
