    Pampered chef makes a tablespoon that u just push forward to dump it out. I'm sure u could get a measuring spoon similar to that in a kitchen store. They also make a measuring cup that u load the pb into to measre it & then push it up to dump it out. It's hard to explain. Lol. If u aren't worried about calories or chemicals, u could spray a little non-stick spray into whatever measuring implement u r using & that should help to get it out.
