So many conflicting opinions on the internet about this.
What I want to know is, "Do you weigh a lot more after swimming due to absorbing water"?
Im going for a swim and a workout tomorrow and then going to weigh in approx 2 hours after my swim. do you think the swimming will affect it negatively?

Well, lets just say circumstances cause me to be unable to. its either cancel my entire workout and weigh in the morning, weigh after swimming, or dont weigh in at all this week.0

Nope, definitely not an issue. In fact, you'll likely wear less because you'll burn off any glycogen stored in your muscles and sweat a bit as well.0
