A friend of mine is looking at a FitBit. She is wondering what the benifits of using this device are. She had a Mytrak and is looking to get rid of it. Any advice good or bad would be apreciated.

Fitbit can be great.... I was amazed at how much more active I was until i saw the results. Just be sure to calibrate your strides for fitbit. I was way under what I need to be eating because I had no idea I was logging over 3 miles a day at work. It's only able to help with walking or running so any other exercise needs to be logged manually.
I don't know what the mytrak is so I can't compare the two.0 -
thanks so much anyinformation will help0
