Any runners doing Body Revolution?

Hi, I am training for a half marathon on May 6, and my 40th bday is 25 days after that, so I'm considering doing JM's Body Revolution also. I already do Ripped in 30 as my strength training 3-4 days a week. From what I understand, the body revolution plan includes a cardio workout that you do in addition to a strength workout, so I would skip that in lieu of running. Just wondering if there's anyone out there who is also running while doing Body Revolution.

    I just did the cardio part of Body revolution today and found it great. There's 3 circuits and in each circuit you do each cardio exercise for 1 min; these vary for jogging to suicides.
