HIIT and 30 Day Shred?

I have been doing HIIT for about a week now and tonight was day one of my 30ds. Should I do both each day? I was thinking of doing Jillian during the day and HITT at night after I eat. Is that going to be too much?

  • Omg I have the 30 day and need a buddie. So I can have some1 checking on me everyday. Even starting the workout at the same time every night???

    So based on my research, you should do HIIT no more than 3 days a week... So you could actually do both. I do the 30DS in the mornings before work and then stregnth at night. Its a good routine and makes me feel good throughout the day.

    I do 30 day shred and use my treadmill. Today was day 7 for that and so far I have lost 4 pounds...I wonder if I should also throw in another work out like taebo which I like doing. I bet I could get some good results with them. I would burn more calories in a day.
