Never had it so take what I say with a grain of salt. I am absolutely not opposed but do your research. Things I think I know that might make you not want to. If you are not at a weight you can sustain you will have bad results. I have heard that fat that is removed finds another place on your body to deposit. That sounds whacky as I type it. IDK. Someything I read Jamie Lee Curtis said about hers. Also, never forget disasters like Tara Reid. I have no idea if it helps cottage cheese. I knew one lady (many years ago and I haven't seen her in a long time) who was very happy with hers.Good luck whatever you decide. Keep us posted.

It sounds like something I would never do!! I know people who have done it and the fat will pop up in other places, (prob not your breasts) So they look worse off then now. They did look good for 6 months, but when you gain the weight back it will bite you.

I am planning on a few procedures when I get to my goal. The reason I am waiting until I get to my goal is because my doctor is insisting on it for best results. I don't know what size you are, but lipo isn't actually recommended for weigh loss. It's actually recommended on smaller people who just have a little bit that isn't going away. I know it's hard, but there are ways to tone without lipo.

I'm hoping to get lipo on my chin because even when I was much smaller I just had a naturally saggy chin. That being said, in my research, I've read that lipo will not reduce the appearance of cellulite. So if that is your reason for doing it, you may be disappointed.

Do some research of "Smart Liposuction". It's a different technique done with lasers. it's less of an injury post procedure. recovery is faster. and the lasers encourage skin to shrink.

While I'd never tell anyone they can't/shouldn't do this, I'd ask you to explore why you really want to do this. The "cottage cheese" is cellulite, which is caused by fat cells over-expanding and pushing through the overlying fibers. Getting rid of the fat should eliminate much of the cellulite - but unfortunately not all because the damage is essentially done (everything is all stretched out). My understanding is that lipo can't really correct that, especially if you aren't at your goal weight. My research indicates that losing the weight and exercising can do more to correct the problem, but it is a slow process (unless you want to dedicate 4hrs+/day to the gym).

If you are really looking for a quick way out, I'd caution you against it. By taking the slow way, you learn more about your physical, mental and spiritual self. You develop good, sustainable habits, to replace the less-than-good habits. Overall, the slow way is the healthier way.

That said, I would tell you to consult professionals, both in the medical and nutritional fields. It's great to get all these opinions, but most of us are only speaking from personal experience and limited knowledge/research. Go see folks with some initials behind their names, to get more educated responses.
