Shakes/Smoothies.

I do shakes or smoothies sometimes for meals. I use protien powder, frozen strawberrries and water.

My question is how long should I blend them? Somtimes they come out right, sometimes they come out super thick and I get at least 2 shakes out of it and it takes to long to eat. Not sure what Im doing wrong. I put in the same amount everytime, so I think it has to do with the blend time.

any ideas?

  • I just experiment with the amount of ice or frozen fruit I put in them to make it either more or less thick.
