Heartburn while working out

I have been doing 30 day shred for 13 days now. I didn't have any issues with the first level, but the second one is, like, 10 million times harder. lately i've been getting awful heartburn during the workout. its like a burning sensation in my chest and i feel like if i go down into the plank pose, i'll throw up. anyone know what this could be or how to stop it?
