Fitness Schedule

I really like to map things out so I always know where to go/what to do next. Here is my thought process for the next 6 months or so.

I am on Week 5 of C25K. Here is what I plan to do afterwards but I would like input/advice on whether it sounds solid or not.

Start with C25K
Continue on to One Hour Runner with 2 added strength days
Complete first 5k race
Continue running 3x a week(30min run, 45min run, 60min run) and start the 0-1650 swim training.
Start Hal Higdon's Intermediate 5k training program with 1-2 swim days
Complete another 5k race
