hello, my name is nick i am a recent graduate of the University of Findlay. i graduated with a bachelors in Strength and conditioning and an associates in Personal training. i just started getting back in shape i didnt work out at all during college and well its been 6-7 years since i played sports back in high school. my goal is 210 and i know i can get there. my girlfriend told me about this site and its amazing. today was my first day using it and i cant wait till tomorrow haha.
