Raw vs Baked Potato

I received some baked potatoes from a co-worker and I wanted to know if potatoes weigh more once baked. I have a scale to weigh them so I know how much they weigh baked. I just didn't know if the potato information I found to input from the database was cooked weight.
Any insights would be great.
Thank you.

It actually weighs less once baked because it loses a lot of moisture. If you're eating it baked, use the cooked weight.
This explains it better:
