I had a rough week last week. I even gained 4 pounds.

I thought a lot about it the last two days.

Over the months, years, and even decades that it took you to put the weight on, how many totally awesome days and weeks did you experience during that whole time?

It is unreasonable not to expect a similar number of down days on the way back!

Listen to the fish and "Just keep swimming."

Amen Hos, you can do it. Nothing worth while is ever easy.
  • A young man wanted to make a lot of money so he went to this guru. He said to the guru I wanna be on your level. The guru said you wanna be where I am than meet me at the beach at 4 am. He gets to the beach at 4 am and the guru says walk out into the water. So he goes waist deep and the young man is thinking "whats this guy doing? I dont wanna be a life guard. I wanna make money" The guru says go a little further out. He goes out until he is shoulder deep and he says "this old man is crazy, he is making money but he's crazy" and the old man says go out a little further. So the young man now has water right around his mouth and the guru takes his head and pushes him under water and holds him until he is about to pass out and than lets him up and says "When you want to be successful as bad as you want to breathe....that's when you'll be successful."

I have a LOT of down days. But my friends seem to know how to make it all better...well, mostly, and usually when I open my damn mouth to say something. Hey, I'm a work in progress, in so many ways...
