I just looked up the cals in a slice of cheesecake I got at the Cheesecake Factory a few weeks back.
Over 1000 calories for one slice of red velvet cheesecake......
Thankfully I waited this long to look it up or there's no way I would have enjoyed it as much as I did.

Oh man, I did the same thing this weekend... Only it was a slice of Oreo cheesecake from there... SO worth it!

Oh I feel you! Thursday night I went to dinner with a friend who just moved home. Applebees. A burger AND queso dip. Didn't have the fries though. Still was WAYYY too many calories. I felt so gross on Friday that I spent 2 hours on the treadmill.

I bought a pint of Ice Cream last week and have been eating a little every night. Can't have it in the house.

    Last Wednesday and Thursday...

On Wednesday I had a KFC which came to a total of 918kcal...

Thursday, I felt I was doing good until after Lunch... I had 200g of sweets... I'm a sucker for Haribos...

I feel I have been doing good since then though.
  • Peanut bar and THEN sushi... split two rolls. The scale is stuck three pounds higher than I weighed on Saturday now because 1 tbsp of soy sauce has 902mg of sodium........
