    I gained .4 of a lb this week. But I know its water weight because earlier this week I went up 5lbs and am now back down. My cardio and water sucked this week!!!! I'm going to try this challenge again next week so I can do better.

    :smile: I am going to up my cardio, running 5 days/week. 5K on 5/23 should help me stay motivated. :bigsmile: I am going to try and eat healthier lunches when i go out with friends from work, they are a bad influence!:ohwell:

    Week 1 weight 154 Cardio: 160 minutes running 90 minutes road biking
    Week 2 weight 153 Cardio: 90 minutes running 30 minutes biking, 310 oz water

    not as good as i wanted on either the cardio or the water,TOM week though and i still lost 1lb so i guess it was ok, will tri harder next week! :ohwell:

    Well I lost 2 lbs this week. I only had 40 minutes of cardio all week. My knee has been hurting lately. My water intake has been on cue all week. Today I weigh 256.4 and I am only 3 lbs away from goal.

    Starting Weight May 1: 259.4
    May 15: 256.4
    Goal Weight may 31: 253.4

    Well, I lost 2.7 pounds this week. I have NO idea how that happened because I haven't worked out since Monday & definitely didn't drink much water at all. :ohwell: I did eat really good this week, so I'm sure that has something to do with it.

    Starting Weight for Week 3: 128.7

    OK.....I am down 1.5lbs!! Moving in the right direction....ate horribly today.... I need to get back on track!!

    Not the best week for me, cardio was down (only burned 450 cals this week:explode: But not gonna let that get me down, logging late but yesterday's weigh in gained 2 lbs!! So worst week + TOM = 2LBS GAIN!!! Off to a good start for week 3 thou, just came back from my moring work out and burned more cals than I did total last week !!! :drinker:

    I'm sorry I didn't get my weight posted on Friday. I was without a computer for a few day. My weight was 235 on Friday. I have been doing really well with my cardio. I ran/walked for 30 minutes on Thursday, took Friday off, and ran for 30 min on wii fit yesterday. My water has not been so good though. I really need to get on that.

    I'm very late on this, but I was out of town and unable to get online. I weighed in at 134 according to the scale at my in-laws' house.

    I failed at the challenge, though. Drank too much wine(hardly any water) and ate way too much on Saturday during a party. I did run on Saturday, though. I haven't weighed myself yet. That comes later when I hit the gym.

    I did, however, come home to 30-day shred. I did it and it was a lot more tough than i expected, particularly the cardio. I run more than 3 minutes and don't get as winded as I did then.

    Sorry I forgot to check in on Friday. I only lost .4 pounds this past week but I'll do better this week. I had a depressing week last week. I have already done 20 minutes with the 30 day shred today and in a few going to hit the treadmill.

    SW: 213.2
    CW: 209.8

    Yeah, I'm a late check-in also. I spend most weekends at my fiance's apartment, and although there is internet access there, I don't normally check in to MFP again until Monday. So.... I have to own up... I am up .8 lb from the start of the month. My weight's been fluctuating (in the wrong direction) most of this month. This weekend I went to a bbq, a birthday party, and a baby shower. We're lucky I'm only up .8! :laugh:

    Here we go:
    Starting weight: 167
    Current weight: 167.8
    Goal weight (May 31): 163

    Cardio this week: 80 min (I know some of you do that in a day!)
    Water this week: at least 64 oz./day

    Room for improvement! :embarassed: :wink:
