I attached a link to a recent blog post I just wrote about it.

I just feel so out of control over my cravings and I'm finding it hard to keep control. I've been really good with b/p - nothing since late in 2011 and I DO NOT want anything happen, but I can feel my control slipping :(

I think your blog is private, because I can't see it, but this chart may help you

i still have a way to go in my fitness journey, but one thing that has helped so far with cravings is:

    1. keep it small--portions at the taste/bite size. Get the bubble tea? Pour out half before you drink. Red bean bun (god i love them!) split with friends.

    2. slow down and relish--when i slow myself down i give myself time to enjoy the flavor, i end up not eating as much

    3. water first--whenever i think i'm hungry, have a craving, get bored and feel compelled to eat, i have a glass of water w/lemon. sip it slowly then wait a bit.

and the chart Leiki shared is useful too. I have iron deficiency anemia and used to eat ice like there was no tomorrow. once my iron levels got up, the craving disappeared. matter of fact, when i'm eating well , i rarely have cravings.
