Recipe ideas for gammon

Hello, just looking for some healthy recipes to have/include gammon got some that needs to be eaten soon so want to use it up but my normal gammon egg and chips isn't so healthy lol

Oh I dunno about that! A couple of poached eggs, some oven chips and a nice salad. Nom Nom Nom!!

How about one of the following:

With pineapple salsa
