plateau break?

Ok so I've been teetering between 169-171 for the past 6 months. THis morning I was 168.6. I know it's only .4 lbs under my low but does this mean I have broken my plateau? or SHould I give it a few weeks to see what happens? I have an apt with the endocrinologist coming up. Should I go ahead with the apt or cancel if I broke my plateau? I'm kinda skeptical and anticipating going back up.
What is your oppinion? What would you do?

    i would keep your appt. wouldn't hurt to see what they have to say. it might b helpful for you to print off a week or so of your diet and exercise report so they can see what you've been doing. if there is something biochemical/ metabolic going on with your body that's preventing you from losing weight, they can help.
