30 Day Shred - Day 2

So, I started the 30 Day Shred yesterday...didn't think it was too bad, I really like that it's only 20 minutes and it moves fast. I'm out of shape and can only do the 'girlie' version of the push ups and had to stop for a minute once, but felt really good afterwards.

HOLY MOLY...today I'm a hot mess...I feel like every muscle in my body hurts (could be partly due to the 3 miles I walked later on in the evening too but I have been doing that a lot lately w/out the muscles feeling it so much!). I'm not giving up on the Shred through, i"m going to bust out that dvd out when I get home from work and give it another whirl tonight. It's a great feeling, the hurting muscles because you know it's working! Just thought I'd throw in my two cents!!

Good luck to everyone that is following it and post your experiences and hopefully tell me you're having the same feelings! (that way I won't feel so out of shape! LOL).
