hit a wall

so i feel i have hit my first wall with my weight loss. Now for some change up. I'm hitting the elliptical with the shred this week and how to change my eatting. Any suggestions that worked for you all? I'm not in a race to lose but i do like to see some difference each week. if it's in the scale or how the cloths are fitting..for the better:)

thanks bunches.. i think if i had left the pasta alone this past week it may have been better. think i'm going to try to eat some different things?0
