  • I got one for Christmas and absolutely love it. Most of the coffees are minimal in calories (2/serving), just search k-cup and check out a few. Most of the teas have zero calories.

My wife and I have one and love it HOWEVER, don't use the disposable k-cups. They are bad for the environment and expensive (someone did the math and figured coffee bought in k-cups costs like $50/lb). Use the Mykcup filter basket that comes with most machines (or get one) and fill it with your own coffee. Ignore the directions telling you to grind it to a french press grind. We grind ours closer to an espresso fineness which works much better.

I just got mine a few months ago and love it. They have a huge assortment of K cups, which, most often, are just regular coffees and teas so they should be just fine for you. Just watch the labels and anything labeled Indulgent has a few more calories than the rest.

I just got one. It has really aided in me cutting down on coffee which is a GOOD thing! I was drinking way to much! I wouldnt say i love love love it, but it is nice! I dont think i found my "coffee" yet! Before in a regular pot u can make the coffee according to ur taste, not the keurig! It comes as is! Thus the cutting way down on coffee...i was at like a pot a day and now just 2 8 oz cups! Woohoo! So much better for me, cause i was getting outta control! The keurig is expensive drinking 4 or more cups a day! My fav so far is the original blend dunkin donuts, green mountian nantucket blend, chai latte, and dark chocolate hot chocolate by cafe something?

Have mine for nearly a year. Love it! I like strong coffee so Emeril's Big Bold Intense is my favorite. Also like Kona, Dark Magic and Sumantra. Slightly more money but I think its worth it... my opinion. Tried the MyKCup filter, used it twice... didn't like how the coffee came out. So K cups got my vote =)

We got ours for Christmas and we LOVE it!! There is such a great variety of teas, coffee, even hot chocolate for the kids. I used to hate it when I would make a pot of coffee and be the only one to drink it, then there was a half pot of coffee that went to waste.. I do strongly suggest the MyKCup filter to be able to also use your fresh ground coffee in. I have one because I just could not give up my favorite coffee shop (the Buzz) Simply Sinful and Caramel Mudslide coffees. OH and by the way, most coffee is zero calories or very few calories by themselves.. its the creamer or sugar that you have to count. I use Sweet N Low and creamer and I only count the creamer on my daily food diary.

By the way.. we have the Keurig and my favorite black coffee KCup is the Nantucket Blend.

I love mine. I have the one with the two water level settings. I have the reusable filter as well. At first I used the k cups. They have a deal online when you register your machine where you buy 2 boxes of 24, you get 2 boxes for free. The only thing I find, which I don't find a huge problem, is that when I use my larger mug, and the higher water level setting dosen't fill it all the way up. So I stick to the small setting and use a small cup. No biggie.

I've had mine for about 2 weeks now and I love love love it!!! No more wasting coffee and I like the fact I can go from coffee to tea in a snap!

I really like the Star Buck's Italian roast and the Green Mountain Espresso because I really like a good strong cup of joe. Also I'm saving money by not stopping at the coffee shop anymore.
