Another protein powder question

Hi
I'm looking to buy some protein powder but am restricted due to my dairy free diet- so whey and casein are out. I've read about soy not being too good for you and I already have a couple of servings through milk and yogurt each day so don't really wnat to increase it more.
Any suggestions as to what's best?
Thanks!

There are a few out there, soy and pea being the most popular. Be prepared to sacrifice taste compared to whey protein.
Couldn't you adjust your diet as opposed to protein shakes?0 -
Seems it might be a better option by the sound of the reviews of the soy and pea powders!
Thank you both!0
