Stpped exercising, started losing?

I've had a respiratory infection that's kept me off exercise for the past two weeks. I was doing six days a week, 60-90 minutes per day of cardio (3 days) and resistance (3 days). I'm eating about 250 cals less to maintain while not exercising. Since stopping exercise, I've lost 2.5 lbs. After a frustratingly slow loss of 10 pounds in 6 months, I love the change in numbers, but I'm afraid I'm losing the lean mass I've worked so hard to build.

How much lean mass do we lose per week after stopping resistance?
