Has this ever worked for any1? Id really like to not cheat for the next 5 weeks,strictly stick to my calories, make sure my fat,c arbs and protein are not above green, and gym for 30min everyday. just to test if ill be 82kg in 5 weeks

never worked for me, as I have never eaten the same food every day for 5 weeks.0 -

I wrote it on my calendar 5 weeks ago and I have one week left....and only one lb to go! I didn't eat the same food everday but it seems to have been just about right for me! I did stick to my calories and had very few days that I went over. good luck!0

Not even close for me...but, I love the feature. I watch it go down and it feels almost like a SV.0
