Hi All
I did day 1 of c25k on Sunday, so today should be my day 2...my legs (quads) are still quite sore from day 1 (stairs are a challenge lol), so i'm just wondering, is it cool to still do day 2 today, or should I wait until i'm not sore and do something else today?? New to the whole jogging thing, don't want to get hurt over something stupid.

When I did it, I followed the program even if I was still a bit sore. You'd be amazed at what you're body can do even when you don't think it can! However, if you're really worried, it won't hurt to skip an extra day. Just make sure you're getting in your three days/week! As you go on, you'll be less and less sore, to the point where you're only a little achy right after, and fine the next day!0

Thanks!
I am not too worried, I was sort of thinking that once I got moving and my muscles got heated up that it might be good, but I wasn't 100% sure so I wanted to see what others did I'm going to give it a try tonight, worst case scenario, it hurts and I walk and try again another day.0
