I have an old clock that is a royal pain to change the chimes. I just got it right after the batteries died. it going to stay one hour off until DST is over!

So I wasn't having the best of days and posted this on my wall . . . it seems to have gotten some response and decided to expand the fun.

Day light savings is about as fun as _________

my vote is "a root canal."

an amusement park on a 75 degree day.

    I love daylight savings time...
I LOVE when it doesn't get dark until 9:00 or later.
I dispise falling back and it getting dark earlier though.

I have to say, that I agree at 5 PM when I'm heading home and still looking forward to like 2 more hours of sunlight it's nice, but at 5 AM when I've overslept for the second day in a row and I'm totally dragging *kitten* I just want to kick day light savings in the pooter.

I think the day Monday following "Spring Forward" should be a holiday.

Nice! I hated it yesterday cause I was so tired. But it was nice that it was still light out a few hours after I got home.

Here, here! It doesn't bother me to get up & go to the gym in the dark, but I find it incredibly depressing when I get to enjoy about 20 mins (so, my commute) worth of daylight after work.

AGREED! I took it as vacation day...totally coincidentally, though.
