Calories Burned During Weight Lifting

I do quite an in intense weight lifting class every Tuesday. Class is 1 hour long and barely any breaks between sets. It's a full body workout, I lift heavy and I'm usually dripping sweat by the time I'm done. MFP puts my calories burnt at about 150 for the full workout which seems a little low. Anyone have any thoughts on if this is correct or not?

Perhaps look for something a bit more akin to entries with kettlebells or a cardio/lifting class.
Weight lifting is pretty personal. If you're doing high weight and low reps, you have a longer rest between sets. You can't really measure that accurately, even with a HRM.0
