Hi Everyone :)

I am new to my fitness pal and I am starting this journey at 240 pds. Is anyone else looking to lose weight around this weight? Or is this site just for losing a few pounds

    Hi and welcome! I started at 225, and am now at 203.6. The support here really helps! I'm still trying to get excited about exercise, but the ability to log my food and actually see how many calories I eat really he Los keep me honest! Feel free to friend me, and best of luck. Oh, and my goal weight is 155.

    im here to help me lose a good few stone.....iv been here for a while always promising im going to stick to it but havnt! im determind this time ...holidays coming up and another holiaday with my thin friends feeling like a hippo is not for me!!!!! im one determind lady this time! im even icluding excersize!! have you got any specific goals?

    My first goal is to lose 30 pounds by my 25th Birthday ! It's in May, So I really need to dig deep and stick to that !

    I know what you mean about setting a goal and sticking with it. Last year I lost 35 pds in a short amount of time. So I gained back 10 of that .

    But over all my goal is to lose at least 80 pds
