Ok, you're in the clear then.
  • I'm not allowed to donate blood anymore... :(

Even though I was a perfect candidate in every other way, one false positive test can ruin a lifetime of fun.

Adopted 2 starving children from Africa. Does that count?

I saw a t-shirt the other day that said

"To help the world, I'm raising great kids"

I can't donate blood lately, am taking antibiotics for my face breakout. I was bummed, because they had a big Cinco de Mayo thing where they gave away free t-shirts and had yummy food from the Border Grill.

I did water my plants today too. Just doin' my part to cleanse the air... lol

I ate healthy, nutritious foods and took my prenatal vitamins for the sake of this little person I am growing inside my womb.

    Good nuff???
  • Plant-based diet every day o' my little life :glasses:
  • And they love my plasma at the plasma donation center  It takes an average of 45 minutes to an hour to extract for most people, but my record so far is 32 minutes  with an average of 34. hehe

I got an email from a tenant who was so incredibly happy that, by me approving her to rent a house from my company, she was able to achieve a goal for her and her kids: to live in a house without a roommate and without a man helping out. Felt good. :blushing:

I guess that doesn't save humanity but it made someone very happy...

I dealt with 28 annoying high school kids so their parents wouldn't have to deal with them for the day.

I can't donate blood … ever. That's what a melanoma diagnosis does for you. (I'm an almost-19-year survivor -- yay!),

My good deed for the day is passing on this message: be sun-smart! :glasses:

excellent message, I try getting that through to my teenage daughters who are addicted to tanning beds, it honestly makes me sick to my stomach that they are so careless with their bodies! And yay for you for still being here to warn others :flowerforyou:

I just ran in a 7.2 km race to raise money for breast cancer research. Good for my body, good for the world!
