Calories in vs. Carbs

OK.......I know the old truth about calories in vs calories burned is how you lose weight. Now I'm hearing about carbs and times you shouldn't eat them which will increase weight loss. Does anyone have any knowledge on this that could shed some light on it for me.

OK.......I know the old truth about calories in vs calories burned is how you lose weight. Now I'm hearing about carbs and times you shouldn't eat them which will increase weight loss. Does anyone have any knowledge on this that could shed some light on it for me.
WHEN you eat any macronutrient will have no effect on your weight loss if we hold all other variables the same and if we disgregard water weight fluctuations.
