not loosing weight

In the february I didn't lost any weights but I am a little bit down in inches.. Help!

    congratulations! you built muscle, which is denser than fat (same weigh tin less space) AND burns more calories!
  • I hope so... I was doing zumba 2 times a week and elliptical trainer...

    Relax! Losing inches is wonderful! Hang in there and the numbers on the scale will move again. :)
