Hello. This is my first time posting but I have been using the app for about six months.

A little about me: Every January I would tell myself, "This is the year that I am going to lose weight. When December vacation rolls around at the end of the year I will be way more fit and look and feel better." Then the year would roll by and I would be at best in the same place I was the prior year. January 2011 I said to myself that in May when I turn 40 I am really going to start to lose weight, another delay to my start. Well May turned into August and I hadn't changed my eating habits. In September I was diagnosed with Diabetes (no surprise as I noticed the tell-tale symptoms during the Summer). The Diabetes had given me an unexpected and unhealthy start to my weight loss as I had dropped 20 lbs. without even really realizing it. The diagnosis and weight loss really kicked me in gear. I figured if I already lost this weight, I might as well take advantage of it and start to lose in a healthy way. I downloaded the app in September and have been keeping track of my progress ever since. Today I am down just about 70lbs (including the initital 20) and my sugars are completely normal again without medication.
