increase appetite question

Since I have been working out, walking 3-5 miles a day everyday, jog 2-4 miles 2-3 times a week, and bike about 10 miles a week, in the last few days I have all of a sudden developed this extreme bit of hunger. I was working on a 1200 calorie plan, for my goal but i'm just too hungry to meet that. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions to help this, long lasting, filling foods, snacks? and lately have had the increased craving of sweets. Just wondering if anyone has had this experience, and if so what did you do to help this? Thank you very much.

Personally- I upped my calories and had more fuel to workout with. If you're not eating back your exercise cals- I would recommend it. You are burning a lot and need to keep the fire burning. Besides, on MFP you lose weight through lowering your cals slightly- not by working off weight. Any exercise you do is just to get in better shape.0
