    Is that in addition to a M-F job or does he have a couple of days off during the week?

    I'd second the idea of finding a half hour or so after the kids are in bed, you'd be surprised how much better you feel - even if it's going for a walk - doing something rather than veggging out on the couch.

    I don't find time, I make time. I'm up between 5am/5:15am to get my *kitten* to the gym :):D

    Can you take your kids for a walk in the evenings? It's good for everyone.

    No!! Unfortunately no nap but he does love the park so we r of there tomorow then hopefully he sit in the pram for at least 1/2 an hour so I can get a decent walk he's a big boy so pushing the buggy could maybe count as a work out in itself :)

    Thanks everyone!! I hear the "MAKE THE TIME" loud and clear and do so for both my jobs, kids, and hubby so why not my health. I think the tips that work well for me most is the switching at night with my hubby. Thank goodness for DVR HAHA
