    i love eggs! they fill me up and i oddly find myself craving them sometimes. i load mine with hot sauce :)
    i never was a big egg fan because they taste weird, but when i discovered i could shovel them down with hot sauce i kind of went crazy. haven't seen any difference in my progress ! go for them.
