Let's complain about work

It's pretty nice here today in Michigan...but I only know this because my boss has told me several times since she isn't chained to her desk and can actually go places, and every single person who walks in the door has to remind me. Oh, and my co-worker called off...so that means no break for me. On top of that, my boss just said "I have to go run an errand, it's just too nice, I gotta be outside"....sweet.

I could go on and on...and on and on and on. But I'll stop there!

Agree! It's 80 degree here today and GORGEOUS outside and I'm stuck inside and worse yet I have NOTHING to do so the day is creeeeeeping by Next week will be even worse because our students are on spring break and half of the office will be on vacation, but I will be here every day

first my desk is right over the vent! and it's always cold as HELL in here!
2nd I'm tired! my lo woke up wanting to hold a 3 hour conversation!
3rd my boss call's me on my lunch break talking about guess...... WORK!

well, where i have been working, i have applied 5 (yes 5 ) times for a full time position.. and 5 times have been looked over. meanwhile.. i have worked there for 5 years.. as a sub teacher.. they have trusted me enough to work as a one on one, as a sped teacher, as music teacher for 6 weeks, on and on.. but instead of hiring me for the recent full time sub position.. they hired a 23 year old cute blond girl with no experiance and who plans on returning to college in the fall.. WTF! guess im not young enough, thin enough or blond enough..
