I have almost lost 10 pounds. I calculated my calories for my height and weight and age to maintain my weight is 1900 roughly. That is for a sedentary lifestyle. I am not losing weight. I have been kind of stuck at a plateau for 3 weeks now. Should I up my calories from the recommended 1200 since I workout at least 4 times a week (about an hour to two hours a day)???

To be honest, I'd up my cals a bit, eat less processed food (=lower sodium), and add fruits and veggies. All these things have helped me. Is it possible for you to take a day and cook up some healthy dishes/casseroles, for instance, and freeze them?
Be sure you are drinking min 8 cups water per day. Good luck with it all!! You can do it!!!

Thanks! I usually do cook but for the past 2 months my man has been deployed so it's just easier to pop a tv dinner in the microwave...... Boo....

I took a look at your diary and you haven't been eating a lot of calories at all. I would say eat to the limit that MFP set for you for about 2 weeks, and don't eat your workout calories back and see what happens. Stay consistent for at least a week or so to see if your body will adjust.

Eat! Didn't look like you were recording your workouts so if you are eating under 1200 calories a day (which you are) and working out as much as you are, you need to feed your body. So increase your consumption to at least 1200 calories for a few weeks and see how it goes. If that's not enough to kick weight loss into gear, then up them again. I'd also follow the other suggestions of less processed and more fresh food.

So I calculated my calories on Livestrong.com and to lose 2 pounds per week, it wants me to eat 1134 calories a day!!! That is way under 1200!!! So confused at this point.....
