    No one other than my mom has noticed yet :( Then again, I haven't lost much weight. My mom noticed after like a month or so when I lost ~5 lbs.

    I start getting comments after 5lbs or more but it's because I don't have a lot to lose. At my heaviest people didn't notice till I was 20lbs down. Crazy

    My mom noticed around 10 pounds lost but other people noticed at 20 pounds lost.

    of course MY MOM noticed right away... but a few others started to notice after about 12 pounds because my pants were really loose... I've lost 16 pounds now & my friends do notice. but I've also told them & showed them a comparison photo... so I'm not sure if that really counts, haha!

    I started getting compliments when i lost 13lbs... My starting weight was 183lbs and im now 147.4 lbs when i went to church last week EVERYONE was like wow you've lost alot of weight : )

    i started getting a load of compliments after just a month of eating right and working out, it feels great, i am finally starting to look good in my clothes again. I dropped a few pants sizes and my shirts look like they fit way better :)
