HERE WE GO AGAIN!

As my subject says - 3 days of steroids as I can't breath very well, had to pop to the doctors today and have tonsilitis and my asthma is suffering for it, luckily she only gave me 3 days supply. Now I shall have to watch my calories, the last time \i didn't put much weight on so I am hoping for the same this time.
