Read your labels for the nutrition content and stay within your calorie goals for the day. Remember you have to at least reach a certain amount or your body will go into starvation mode. Throw in some exercise, but your net calories still need to reach 1200 I want to think it is before going into starvation. I've found this site is easy to use and when you get used to putting down everything you eat/drink you think twice about what you buy at the store, LOL I even count my potato chips I eat to make sure I am not over indulging! You'll do great just following the program!0
