Hi, I am a working mum of two boys from the UK? I need to lose 27kg.... I tried sticking to 1400kcal/day so many times, and would always find myself ran out of calories by the afternoon or left with 200kcal for dinner which was ridiculous and unbearable.. (don't tell me I don't have a willpower - that just did not work for me).
Since I upped my calories to 1600kcal I always have 400kcal left for my dinner and I am generally much more happy! So this probably is 100 times better for me. I am planning to introduce jogging some time soon, but not just yet.
If you are "netting" at around 1600 on daily basis for slow but certain weight loss, please feel free to add me as a friend.
