Jack Daniels Marinade

We frequently grill out and love the Jack Daniels marinade on our pork chops. I don't know how to log this because I am not using the "whole" bag. The serving sizes are per tablespoon but we just put the pork chops in the bag to marinate. There is quite a bit left over when we take the chops out. Any ideas?

We use the bags to marinade our jerky. I typically log 2 tbsp per lb of meat. I figure, even if I am over estimating, its all to the good.
Haven't made any in a while. Thinking this may be a delicious idea.0
