I'm a Yo-Yo- Need some help with accountability!!!

About a year ago I was 166. Last July/August I got down to 143. Once school started I gained weight. By late October, when I started on MFP, I was up to 155. I managed to get down to 149 where I plateaued for about 2.5-3 months. I gave up trying and ballooned up to 160 last week. I'm sick of this! I have got to get this done and keep it off!

Any tips, advice, and friend requests of cheerleaders would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
