why right before fgoh (flood gates of hell)...any women will know what that means....Why do we bloat up and feel so freaking FAT???? ARGGHHHHHH....

I could eat anything that is not nail to the floor and if i see anything sweet, better not stand in my way....it just may hurt.

I was doing awesome, doing calorie counting (i do it only for about a month, just to get used to portion size) i was always under 1300 cals, I was going to the gym, and if not, working out from home, and then damn pms kicks in and everything is out the window

I always get back on as soon as I'm in day 3 of my fgoh. But I hate always falling of the wagon EVERYTIME!!!!

any tips....pleeeease

    Go with the flow( no pun intended). Eat what you want and get back on track ASAP.
  • I don't think you should eat what you want. I think you should eat good amounts of healthy food. I am going through this right now and as much as I would love to eat a bunch of my hubby's ice cream that is sitting in the freezer right now, I don't. I don't care if I go over on calories if I am eating good things like avocados and sweet potatoes. Things that will nourish my body during my time of the month.

    It is due to changing hormones. I would try to find snacks and meals that satisfy your cravings while not breaking the (caloric) bank. And exercise a bit more to counteract going over your calorie goals. :)
