Loss of Appetite

Have you noticed after drastically decreasing your calorie intake after awhile that your stomach urges have shrunk? I have to make myself eat some days and push through to get the minimum calories. I used to be my hungriest at dinner time. That was generally the meal I ate the most often. Now though, I find myself less starved at this time of day most days and then others very hungry. Does anyone follow the philosophy I read somewhere to eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch, and a college student at dinner? lol

Your stomach seems to shrink a bit when it's expected to store less over time. This means that it takes less food to make you full, and you feel hungry less often...
I've heard the king, prince, pauper thing myself. Cant force myself to do that.. If I eat a good breakfast I feel sick.0
