I am currently on the week 3 of c25k and am also doing a bit of strength tues and thurs at the gym. I do c25k on the treadmill. I was ok with how I looked before but today while trying on clothes and looking in the mirror, I felt so fat! My calves look humongous today and my belly is also big looking. Ever since I started c25k, I have been balloon-ing in weight. This evening when I came home, I am at 194.4 and the scale number is discouraging me from dinner....

Idk how much water you drink but drink lots of it! I always appear to be bloated when i haven't been properly hydrating myself.0

what is C25k? just curious..... i agree with Sincerelyjane make sure your drinking PLENTY of water. There are all kinds of things that can cause the bloating, maybe do some research on Apple Cider Viniger i take a "shot" 1ounce of it after a heavy meal to help with digestion and it helps decrease bloating. Don't let your "fat day" stop you from eating a healthy dinner, just remember you have to refuel your body after you workout0

I want to encourage you to keep at it! I know I (and probably all of us) am impatient to see changes in my body and get discouraged as my weight fluctuates too. Don't punish your body by skipping dinner, it has worked hard to get you a 1/3 of the way through the running challenge!0 -
I understand so well.. same thing happened to me when I did 30 DS.. Many told me to hide the scale during that time and drink lots of water too.. please keep up your fitness.. it can only get better!! good luck!!0
