I have always wanted to do kickboxing as it switches it up from the boring elliptical workout. I was wondering if anyone has tried Jillian's new workout DVD, Kickbox FastFix? If so, does it deliver a good workout?

I don't know but her 30DS kicks butt. Started it today and thought I was going to die. I like her workout felt good to have my butt kicked.0
