Hi there,
I am doing a weight loss program and I am not allow to drink milk. However, it is very difficult for me not to, or at least once per day, so I was wondering between Skim, Rice, or Almond milk which one has the lowest amount of calories and which one would be the best suitable for me according with my transformation program. Any thoughts ?
Cheers

Skim has more calories and sugar than Almond milk, I don't know about rice milk but I actually just switched to unsweetened almond milk and like it, my kids haven't made any complaints either, it tastes better than skim milk!0
